Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services offered by GEM Scholars Academy are provided as structured academic programs. Due to the planning, scheduling, and instructional preparation involved, all program fees are non-refundable once services begin.

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions, partial participation, early withdrawal, or scheduling conflicts. Program enrollment reserves instructional time and resources specific to each student.

If a program is cancelled by GEM Scholars Academy prior to the start date, a full refund or credit will be issued. In the event of extenuating circumstances, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GEM Scholars Academy.
